This coffee comes from Julio Madrid’s Finca La Riviera farm in the mountains of Santa Rosa de Cabal. Madrid is an award winning coffee grower, meanwhile we nearly put unroasted green beans directly into our bags…

Needless to say, we need all the help we can get. 

That’s why we were excited to get our hands on La Riviera, beans that mix citrus notes (maybe even some fuzzy peaches?) and a creamy texture. 

Not necessarily characteristics you typically hear associated with coffee, but if you want something fun and different - this is the ticket.
